HPC-D owns up kidnap of 4 in Mizoram

AIZAWL, April 23: Manipur's Hmar People's Convention Democrats (HPC-D) militants said they had kidnapped four persons from Mizoram to "pressurise the state government on their demand for a separate autonomous district council inside Mizoram", reports PTI.
