GUWAHATI, June 17 ? The ULFA today warned those responsible for ?instigating? the relatives of its members to move the Assam Human Rights Commission (AHRC) against the outfit?s commander-in-chief Paresh Baruah. In the latest edition of its mouthpiece Freedom, e-mailed to a section of the media here, the outfit warned ?the person or the group of persons? which was instigating the kin of the ULFA members to appeal to the AHRC that they were forced to join the outfit.
