GUWAHATI, March 21 ? The chairman of the National Socialist Council of Nagalim (I-M), Sri Isak Chishi Swu, today asserted that they would never seek a solution to their problem at the ?cost of our rights?. In his 23rd Republic Day speech, Sri Swu, who is also the president of the Government of People?s Republic of Nagalim (GPRN), said that the struggle in Nagalim completed 54 years and asserted that they are prepared to continue the struggle for another 54 years. Sri Swu said that the political negotiation with Government of India was continuing at snail?s pace despite the destructive elements who stood on the way. ?We have now entered into a crucial stage where both parties have to take a bold step to break through the hurdle to bring a long-lasting solution,? he added.
