SHILLONG, April 13: The unfurling of the pat silk Bihu flag by Meghalaya Chief Minister EK Mawlong marked the inauguration of the three day-long Rongali Bihu celebrations at the Meghalaya Rongali Bihu Sanmilan at Asom Kristi Kendra here today.
