Arunachal govt hikes royalty on timber

ITANAGAR, March 2: The ruling Congress Government led by Mukut Mithi in this Himalayan State has hiked the royalty on all categories of timber and other forest products by 15 per cent with immediate effect. WWF apologises to India for wrongly depicting Arunachal

NEW DELHI, February 17: The World Wildlife Fund international has apologised to India for wrongly depicting the forest areas of Jammu and Kashmir as disputed areas and Arunachal Pradesh as disputed territory between India and China, in its world map, reports UNI. Arunachal flood issue taken up with China
