IMPHAL, March 23: Z Mangaibou of Manipur State Congress Party (MSCP) was on Friday unanimously elected new Deputy Speaker of the Manipur Assembly, Speaker Sapam Dhananjoy announced in the State Assembly, reports PTI. Dhananjoy said Mangaibou was the lone candidate for the post following resignation of K Raina of former Federal Party of Manipur (FPM) about a month ago. IMPHAL, March 23: Speaker S Dhananjoy today announced Z Mangaibou as the unanimous choice of the House for the post of Deputy Speaker.
