DIMAPUR, Feb 25 — The Nagaland Government, in compliance with the recommendation of Police Establishment Board, in a minor reshuffle, transferred a few police officials recently. According to the State Home Secretary, CP Giri, GK Rengma was elevated to the rank of IGP (Training and Border) and transferred to the State capital in place of M Obanglemba, who was posted as IGP (Range) Kohima against the existing vacancy. Jamir offers NSCN(IM) leaders safe passage

KOHIMA, Feb 24 — Nagaland Chief Minister SC Jamir has offered senior NSCN(I-M) leaders safe passage to facilitate their visits to State for strengthening the on-going peace process. NSCN(K) activists to start shifting into designated camps soon

DIMAPUR, Feb 19 – The representatives of Government of India and the NSCN(K) have resolved in the fourth meeting of the Ceasefire Supervisory Board held at Kohima recently that the NSCN(K) will start shifting into the designated camps from March 15 next. In the meeting both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining peace and proper implementation of the ceasefire ground rules as agreed upon between the NSCN(K) and the Centre, said NSCN(K) sources. The NSCN (K) was represented in the meeting by Toshi Longkumer, Kughalu Mulatonu, Lawrence Angami and G Assumi.
