Assam Police, BSF to monitor border jointly

GUWAHATI, June 10 ? The Assam Police and the BSF today decided to establish a monitoring system for joint cooperation along the international border, reports PTI. In a meeting between top Assam policemen and BSF officials here, it was decided to jointly work on detection work with coordination with other law-enforcing agencies, official sources said here. PREPAK rejects ZRA claim

Imphal, June 10: The underground People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak, PREPAK has rejected the claim by the Zomi Revolutionary Army, ZRA, that the six PREPAK members slain in the June 1 encounter had opened fire first on the cadres of the ZRA and that they had been killed without any knowledge of their identities. Imphal, June 10: The Kuki Revolutionary Army (KRA) has strongly refuted the charges hurled by Kuki National Army (KNA) which was published in leading local dailies recently.
