APTDC 'loan mela' ends in chaos

Assam yet to have central library; Library services in poor shape

The State does not have its State Central Library since the shifting of the State capital to Guwahati in the early 1970s, the condition of the district libraries in the State is not praiseworthy either. Three members of a family die in crossfire in Manipur

Imphal, April 23: Three of a family were killed and another member of the same family, a one and half year old kid injured in a crossfire between BS and militants near Zou Veng, a Kuki village around half a kilometer south of Sugunu police station last night.
