DIBRUGARH, January 17: A well concealed camp of the Isak Muivah faction of the NSCN was busted near Shikobasti southwest of Miao in Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh by troops of the Second Mountain Division on January 16. Two cadres of the outfit, "Corporal" Thai Atom Tangkhul and "Private" Hokuto Sema, were apprehended in the operation carried out in the twilight hours that day. Centre to convene meet with NE CMs

GUWAHATI, January 17: The Government of India is likely to convene a meeting involving Chief Ministers of the Northeastern states to discuss the issue of 'ceasefire without territorial limit' as has been insisted by the NSCN(IM) engaged in peace talks with the government.
